The Changing Girl

Like so many others, Lei Min believes that in the future, while most things will change, others will remain exactly the same.
"Tattoos and piercings will give way to cybernetic implants. Prosthetic arms will allow me to open any tight-lidded jar and a vibrating tongue will make french kissing a whole lot sexier.  But this is still too static for my tastes. Eventually our bodies will be made up of nanotechnology. Then, I can reconfigure my looks on a daily basis and develop new appendices as I please. Body modification will change so much... Boys however, will remain the same immature jerks who think they can get into my panties by grabbing my ass or calling me babe. All they'll get from me is the finger, I'd rather fuck an android."
Boys will be boys and girls will be girls be able to stab you in the fucking eye with a nanotech finger claw.

  2. Ah, the wonders of technology. I'm a little wary of the particulars, but if new advances will allow me to shoot my fists at leisure, then I've only one thing to say:

    Transhumanism...HOOOOOOOOOOO!

  3. Melissa - i doubt things will be as easy and linear as 'Lei Min' , but it will certainly be an interesting time for fahsion.

Voltech - i'm all for Transhumanism, too. as long as we don't let an AI take over or allow the world to turn into a sphere of 'grey goo'.

  13. so much of nanotech is being used for evil right now unfortunately. DARPA has the little slithery spy snake robots, and the mosquitoes with the little cyanide syringes, lasers that can scan your molecular structure to find out even what you've ate in the last few days even - not to mention drugs or emotional state.

I want to be far away from it all - but still have the internet. Is that a good example of an oxymoron or what?

  14. i'm not familiar with what is being done by DARPA nowadays, but i bet they're not too far from making the conspiracy nuts worst nightmares come true.
yeah, something like a cave with a satellite sticking out.
