And with that, Erik stormed out into the darkness of the night. The next evening he got a can of blood red paint, an axe, and like the psychotic Ghost of Christmas Whenever, he brought mayhem to the neighborhood, 'murdering' all the snowmen he could find. The neighbors were not pleased. When I asked the mad bastard why he did it, Erik answered:

ReplyDeleteI took the legs off of a cheap Halloween skeleton ... took and old corpse mask with added eyeball.... this was to be the "core" of my snowman...knowing that the snow will be around for only a few days... i took into account the "melting of the snowman thus slowly revealing "Surprise" inside as the snow dissolved.... A lot of people would slow down to get a better look...
What a nice twist to an otherwise rather boring tradition. Eric's last line certainly holds true in lots of situations.

despite there only being 3 snowmen in the drawing there were many more who suffered Erik's wrath.
The bloodred paint must have looked gorgeous on the snow, haha!
ReplyDeleteI used to blow up dogs droppings with firecrackers when I was about six or seven years old. Totally funny, especially when you are lying in a bush watching people´s shoes getting ruined by poo. Damn I was a nasty child! :-D
